Benitachell is a small traditional town located between the towns of Moraira, Teulada and Javea, a short distance from the Javea golf course and a five minute drive to the north entrance to Cumbre del Sol. This peaceful town has all of the amenities and is only a five minute drive to the beaches in Moraira and Javea. The largest development in Benitachell is Cumbre del Sol, which we cover in a separate section. On the road to Cumbre del Sol, walking distance to the town, there are a group of modern villas in the developments called Calistros, Romeros and Mimosas, these properties all have private pools, small manageable plots and wonderful views to the mountains, some even have sea views to Javea. On the other side of town, in a more rural setting, are two developments of mixed style properties called Los Molinos and Les Fonts, they are made up of villas with private pools and communal properties with communal pools. These properties have countryside and mountain views and sometimes distant sea views. On the other side of Cumbre del Sol, on the road to El Portet is an area called Golden Valley, here there a a lot of good sized villas with views down the valley to the sea, there are also some large communities of smaller properties with one or two communal pools. On the road from Benitachell to Moraira there are four popular developments: La Joya, a small development of substantial villas with wonderful views to the sea and to the mountains. Pueblo Alcasar, this is a large urbanisation designed to look like a Spanish village, a mix of apartments, bungalows and villas with a wonderful huge communal pool. Vista Montana and El Alcazar have a mixture of apartments, townhouses and private villas.
Properties in Benitachell tend to be cheaper than similar properties in Moraira and Javea and there is a mix of residential homes and holiday homes.
